Windows 10: Microsoft Designer image format/resolution issue

Discus and support Microsoft Designer image format/resolution issue in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; When I try to generate images in Microsoft Designer, I get the option to choose the format of the image, but no matter what I choose, only a square...     Microsoft Designer image format/resolution issue


    When I try to generate images in Microsoft Designer, I get the option to choose the format of the image, but no matter what I choose, only a square image is generated. This worked fine until last week.
