Windows 10: Microsoft Clip Champ not Exporting

Clip champ isn't exporting... its stuck-on zero percent? Does anyone know how to fix this... please help!!

According to your description, there are a number of reasons why the software can crash when exporting videos.

I think it may be that videos that are generally longer than 10 minutes are too long for Clipchamp.

Or when you cut up a video and cause damage to a clip.

Clip"champ" crashing on export

Hello,

I'm on a windows 10 PC running a 5600x/3070 8gb/16GB of ram.

I'm new to editing, this is the first "big" project I do like this. I used clipchamp to cut down a video that was 143 minutes to 28 minutes, and put some voice over in there using the audio track. I was quite happy with the proccess of editing, the software was easy and intuitive to use, and while it did crash once, due to auto saves I picked up right where I left off.

When I hit export, it stays at 0% for a few seconds and then it crashes. I can see through task manager that when I press export my ram starts ramping up, at about 13/16GB it always crashes the software. My ram is fine, I use other software that have it pegged at 97% usage for hours with no crashes.

I tried copying the project, cut it down to half and try to export in 2 parts, same crash. I tried all resolutions available (1080p,720p,480p, 480 would be unacceptable just tried to see if it'd work) and still the same outcome. I've been waiting for clipchamp chat support for over 2 hours now, initial estimated waiting time was 30 minutes, and I haven't got a reply yet, not even a "sorry for the delay". I don't even know where to begin looking, are there crash logs or something I can find? All I get is an option to relaunch or close the software when this happens. No error code, no obvious log files.

please any help would be appreciated.
