  1. Microsoft Bluetooth Ergonomic Mouse - Loss DPI from time to time for unspecified reasons

From time to time, the settings go astray to the default value. This may not happen for an hour, but it may fail every 20 seconds. I have the latest drivers installed. I install DPI using a special standard utility mouse and keyboard control center Microsoft.I also have the maximum cursor speed set in system settings to Windows. The visual representations of these displayed settings do not change however in fact SPI is set to the minimum value and restored to the maximum on any scroll change to mouse and keyboard control center Microsoft.I researched the previous article but still no solution

    Microsoft Sculpt ergonomic mouse lagging

    Hi

My Microsoft Sculpt ergonomic mouse is lagging big time at random times with full batteries. Any other Bluetooth mice (including other Microsoft ones) work perfectly.

I see there's no real support for this, there are tons of users with the same problem Redirecting for example here.

I've tried following all the steps, installed drivers, reinstalled, nothing works. Is this a known hardware issue? Since so many people have the same problem, at least we should know and stop trying to fix it.

  3. Mouse and Keyboard Center not saving DPI settings

I am running the latest version of Mouse and Keyboard Center, the device I'm having issues with is the Bluetooth Ergonomic Mouse. Whenever I set the DPI to max (2400), windows is unable to remember this setting and reverts to a lower DPI setting. I have tried to update the drivers, disable the power management setting for the Bluetooth device, reinstall Mouse and Keyboard Center, but the issue persists. My machine is running windows 11 22H2 build 22581.1.
