Windows 10: Microsoft Basic Display Adapter not working properly

I have two of GIGABYTE RTX 3060TI 8GB installed on my pc, one of the GPUs is working good but another one is showing Microsoft Basic Display Adapter with an error on Device Manager.Device status;This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. Code 31 The driver trying to start is not the same as the driver for the POSTed display adapter.I have already uninstalled and reinstalled NVIDIA and display adapter driver several times, But it doesn't go away.

VGN-FS570, clean install from xp to win 10 having a problem the graphic display, only seeing microsoft basic display adapter, not getting the full screen of the display, cannot change the adapter, tried
to install adapter, not supported by your device

the problem is cannot change microsoft basic display adapter, not getting full screen on display, also seeing a yellow arrow on the adapter in device manager, was able to get full screen when using win xp. how do i fix this problem,
I have tried numerous technique without success

Microsoft basic display adapter not loading

I'm confused as I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 running two monitors. The monitors seem to work fine. Why is the Microsoft basic display adapter being loaded in the first place (what's using it?) and how do I get it to work?

Is there a better forum to post this question on?

 

Microsoft Basic Display Adapter

The scenerio is:

I have a dual monitor setup in my workstation. Since the upgrade to windows 10 from 7, one of my monitor doesnt work.

I have two nvidia quadro fx 1800 graphic cards. However only one of them appear on the device manager as seen in the screenshot.



The other one is Microsoft Basic Display Adapter which has its own issue.

Device Status:

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

The driver trying to start is not the same as the driver for the POSTed display adapter.

Trouble shooting procedure,

Updated the drivers.

Changed the graphics card hardware.

Uninstalling the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter and reinstalling with the smae message. Updating the driver but the confirmation message being updated.

What are my other options?
