Windows 10: Microsoft account login shows a white blank screen

I've tried everything really haha, but nothing seems to work.I was just given a computer to fix and it has the following problem: When you open any Windows application that connects to the Microsoft account MsEdge, Windows Store, Office, OneDrive, etc. It starts the login service normally But it starts showing the loading icon and flashes a white screen, does that about three times and stays white indefinitely.I tried to fix that by logging in from settings to account but it showed exactly the same white blank window. So I thought windows was corrupted and tried a simple SFC/scannow and dism

Let us try to create a new user account with different Microsoft account and check if the issue persist.

If you have already logged in with a Microsoft account, I suggest you to covert that Microsoft account into local account. Later login using newly created local account to create a different Microsoft account.



Step 1: To convert the account, you can do the following:

• Sign in to your Microsoft account on Windows 10.
• Click Start and then PC settings.
• Click Users and accounts and under Your Profile click Disconnect on the right of the screen.
• Enter your Microsoft account's password, and click on Next.
• Type in a Username, Password, and Password Hint that you want set for your Local account and click
  Next. Click on Sign out and Finish button.

WINDOWS SECURITY NOT SHOWING/ BLANK WHITE SCREEN.

Hello, I have been having problem with my Windows Security not showing up/ showing blank white screen. I have uninstalled any conflicting third party antivirus and even followed any tutorials online step by step but the problem persists. Got any solution for my problem? Any help or solution would be greatly appreciated.

goto CONTROL PANEL/ USER ACCOUNTS then you have to remove all the other accounts except for the one you logon with....then restart...it should bypass the login tho it will still show the screen for it...it will continue to load windows...good luck*Rockout :rockout:



edit:: it asks for a login when there are more then one accounts..or if you set a pw to your login name...
