Windows 10: Micrófono de auriculares JBL Quantum 100 no detectado por Windows

Hace un par de semanas compre los auriculares JBL Quantum 100, y cuando los conecté a mi PC, el sonido está bien, pero el micrófono no es reconocido y funciona en absoluto. Mi PC es un ACER Aspire A315-56 y tiene Windows 11. Ya probé todas las opciones que pude encontrar. El micrófono está separado de los auriculares y solo se puede conectar a los auriculares. En otro equipo si funciona el micrófono. Cuando enchufo los auriculares, hay una ventana emergente que me pregunte qué tipo de dispositivo está conectado, aparece como audífono con micrófono, sin embargo, en el notebook lo reconoce el mi

Windows 11 and JBL Quantum Duo speakers drivers

I have the same problem, purchase my JBL Quantum Duo last January 4, 2022 and i'm also having issues when connecting via USB. 3.5mm and bluetooth are both working fine though.

JBL also gave me the same response when I asked them regarding any compatibility issues with windows 11

device is detected under "Device Manager" but not showing on list of audio devices. Another thing I noticed is when connected via USB, my JBL Quantum Duo takes control of the Nvidia Audio via DisplayPort Cable and route the audio to the JBL QD speakers (Max Volume) instead of my monitor (MSI ARTYMIS 242C W/AUDIO OUT 3.5mm)

 

JBL Quantum 100 Headset microphone not detected by my laptop and Windows

i bought a jbl quantum 100, i can hear perfectly but my mic is not working at all. i plug it into my laptop, ASUS TUF GAMING FX504.

My laptop has Windows 10. The microphone is separate from the headset, and it can only be plugged into the headset itself. First issue is, when i plug in the headset, there's no pop-up window asking me what kind of device is connected, it immediately lists it as "Realtek High Definition Audio, Speakers" in the control panel. I couldn't enable this pop-up because i can't open Realtek HD Audio Manager. i tried troubleshooting, reinstalling every sound driver.

In control panel, when i open "Sound", i see every device (even ones that are disabled or not connected), and this mic is not listed there. I have no other microphones connected to the PC. I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me.

First things first, let's check if your microphone is enabled in Windows. Right-click on the volume icon in the taskbar and select "Sounds." From there, go to the "Recording" tab and see if your BL Quantum 100 mic is listed. If it's there, make sure it's enabled by right-clicking on it and selecting "Enable."

If your mic is not listed, make sure it's properly plugged in and try restarting your laptop. If that doesn't work, try plugging your mic into a different USB port or headphone jack on your laptop, just in case there's an issue with the current one you're using.
