Windows 10: Microfone not working on Windows 10

hello! The problem started suddenly about 2 weeks and I tried a lot fixes such as using th troubleshooter, checking if the microfone is not mutting, enabling it for all apps, checking the drivers(they were the last ones), testing another microfones but still the same issue.

Unlocked Realtek HD Audio Drivers Windows 7 & 8 (With Dolby Digital Live and DTS Interactive)

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Cant find microfone

the problem isnt in the headphones playing audio , they work just fine. The problem is that i cant make the included microfone in the headphones work. On the image i attached its detecting the laptops microfone but not the headphones microfone . enabling
stereo mix doesnt help at all
