Windows 10: Microfone from headset is not being detected. Tried many things, nothing had nay effect.

Hello,needing help to get the microfone from headset working again. I have a laptop with microfone but wanted something better, so i bough a headset and the laptop did not recognise it, after searching i found that with realtek audio manager it detected. After a while i decided to format the pc because of other little problems, windows. After that the headset microfone did not work. Did the same thing and search for other causes and nothing help...Some info:Laptop is an Acer aspire E5-575G in Portugal.Intel Core i7-6500UNvidia GeForce 940MXWD Blue M.2 250 GBSamsung 870 QVO 1TBG.SKILL F4 DDR4 2

Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

 

Cant find microfone

So i just got some new kz zs6 earphones ,the version with the microfone. The problem is my laptop doesnt detect the microfone i have looked in the recording devices setting but its just not there

 

Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset not detected by Microsoft Accessory Center

I recently purchased a Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset, and it's OEM and in Spanish. I live in Bermuda, so a lot of the products we get are for Latina America and Caribbean, which means a lot come in Spanish and we have to change them.

I downloaded the Microsoft Accessory Center and opened it, and it does not detect the headset at all. I've tried the following steps:

• Unpairing and re-pairing the headset
  
• Uninstalling the MS Accessory Center and reinstalling
  
• Running all Windows updates and rebooting
  
• Turning the headset of and on again while the Accessory Center was open
  
• Connecting via the USB dongle
  
• Connecting via the USB cable
  

The Accessory Center was not able to detect the headset at all, but the headset is showing and working in Windows audio properties and Device Manager.
