Windows 10: Menu bar font too small

I have difficulty reading the text on program menu bars. There used to be a very useful Display dialogue - very detailed - where I could choose size and colours for menu bars, dialogues and lots of other items. Win!0 seems to have removed it which is really frustrating.I know about Settings/ Ease of Access but that is very crude. It makes everything bigger. I don't need body text bigger. It's program bars and dialogues I need to enlarge which used to be possible.Where have those controls been hidden please?

Text size on the Menu Bar, Favorites Bar, Command Bar & Status Bar too small. I used to be able to change the size on these items. Any suggestions how I can select the font size?

I found the problem. I didn't give y'all all the info. I recently went to Firefox 64 bit instead of the 32 bit. The 64 fonts on the menu bar were set on a small font. Ordinarily, y'alls suggestions would have applied. I set the fonts to default and now it's bigger. Thanks again for your suggestions.

 

Customize font sizes for menu bars, ribbons, etc.

Since the new Windows update installed last night, all of my menu/ribbon font sizes have gotten very small. I cannot locate the place to change menu font sizes. I believe it was under display before this. I am able to change the overall display setting but all of the different menus and ribbons in my programs have reverted to a very small font. Part of display functions used to allow font size changes for separate components of the window such as menu bar, toolbar, etc. I can no longer find that option. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
