My Mecer CA14D01 laptop is giving me problems on startup.

Good day. I have a problem with my laptop. When I switched it on it keeps turning on and off. It only shows the Mecer logo then shuts down. The num lock LED light flashes when I tried to turn it off. It does not turn off. I use a Mecer CA14D01.

Greetings, I was trying to reset my laptop but it keeps on restarting over and over the stop code: DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE keeps appearing Mecer laptop cant open... which button should I press to help me have access to advanced options

 

Mecer z140c driver power system failure.

Hi, this is my first time asking for help so please bare with me.

Recently I decided to do a factory reset on my laptop which is a mecer z140c-edu and in the middle of installing the windows locally, it said an error has occurred and it needed to restart.

It been in this loop where it takes really long to maker it past the booting up and when it finally passes it. A blue screen appears with error driver power system failure before it does a restart again. There is no automatic repair. It immediately goes to the blue screen.
