Windows 10: Lumia 925 win10 updae problem

It started downloading in the update section in the settings, but it has been at 0% for 2 days, at the top it says the phone is up to date and at the bottom it says “downloading update 0%”. For Win 8.1 --> Win10

Sure, but check this image below, step by step:

• "My phone can not be detected"
• Clicked on "Lumia"
• Select the Phone: Lumia 925 is not showed in this list.
• Then, Click on "My Phone is not on the list"
• The message "This phone can not be recovered."

That's the problem.

Just got lumia 925 few days ego....i shared vidéo with my friend but lumia 925 Can only send 12seconds the first part of the vidéo,felt bad about it. I will appreciate any suggestion on how to share longer vidéo. Thank You.
