    Lots of crashes over the past few months, several vague leads


    Hello, my computer has been crashing for SEVERAL various BSOD causes and despite me trying to fix it for months I have had no success. The reliability monitor has said "he computer has rebooted from a bugcheck" which does not help. Google + tom's hardware + microsoft forums have told me it is due to either my ram or my drivers, both of which I have tried fixing more below.Here is A crash dump from earlier today.https://1drv.ms/u/s!At9pd-dRAG8LtWGEefyZtiEuKGr3?e=BW9ZFkI was almost 100% certain it was my ram since I had no other leads, however I swapped to another

    I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
    Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
    What happens?
    If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

    P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
    Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
    What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

    I installed the December driver (problems started happening in January). So far so good:

    Best thermal paste

    Most decent thermal paste is about all the same (1-2 degree difference). Without knowing the two listed, (I use MX-2), I would suggest going with the one that is non-conductive.
