    Hello, recently I took delivery of a recon Dell pc loaded with w11. Initially all was okay and the admin account was available without a password so I created a few accounts and installed a couple of programmes, without a problem I then decided I needed to secure the admin access and created a password for the default admin account and made a note of it and included a hint, as recommended. Unfortunately before the above process was completed I didn’t create a password recovery disk or a system recovery disk Ever since then I cannot access the admin account.
