Windows 10: Losing my mind right now

Windows 10 - Losing Sound if not Used Right Away

I am using an HP Envy 17-3290 (3D) Laptop, their 2013 top tier machine! So I tried your suggestions and the troubleshooter found NO issues. Than I stopped using any sound for about 5 minutes and bam, all sound was no longer working. I reran the troubleshooter
and still NO issues. When I tried to access the sound panel via the control panel it totally froze up. I had to restart my machine, wherein everything was working great again. Why am I losing sound after about 5 minutes if I do not use anything that uses
sound. This is very frustrating and I have no idea why it is happening, mind you the ONLY fix is to log off or do a restart.

Losing internet connection intermittently only on laptop

I suggest you to check if the following steps helps to resolve the issue.

• Right click on the Windows key and Go to control panel.
• On the upper right corner change the view by to small icon.
• Click on mouse.
• Then click on ‘wheel’ tab.
• Set the values for horizontal and vertical scrolling.
