Windows 10: Login error on the computer

I can't log into any Microsoft application on my computer.I enter my email address, then a window pops up saying it will send a code to the ……...@outlook.hu phone number.My question is:How can an email address be a phone number?But it doesn’t really matter, because no code is sent to either the email address or the phone number.The login is set up to send a code to a secondary email address or to a phone number.I can log into my account through the browser, but I can’t sign in to the apps on the computer.If anyone can help, I’d really appreciate it.I'm attaching the picture.Thank you in advanc

  Have you installed any language pack?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Random account appeared on login to my computer

I suggest you to try the below steps to remove the user account from your computer.

• 
  Login to your computer through administrator account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account, you want to remove.
  
• 
  Click on the Remove button.
