Windows 10: Log in probelm, Winn 11. Never had problem on old PC

Running Win 11, new Lenovo PC. Can't log in to Costco for example, keeps goping back to log in page when I hit enter. With Best Buy site, I add item to my cart, open cart and get a blank page. This is definitely a Window issue. How can I fix this?

Unlink an old android phone from my pc

I go thru the suggested steps: Start - Settings - Phone - Unlink this PC.

When I first open the "your phone" screen the old phone is listed. Not sure if the phone listed is suppose to be selectable or not, but my is not. When I select "Unlink this PC" the phone listed is removed. When I select "Add Phone" the old phone still
shows. I have removed the old phone from my Microsoft Account. I have rebooted after unlink this pc but I still cannot remove my old phone.

One option is to boot into Windows 11 safe mode and restart your PC. This may help if a third-party service or app is causing the login problem. To do this, follow these steps:

• On the login screen, click the Power icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
  
• Press and hold the Shift key on your keyboard and select Restart.
  
• In the Choose an option screen, click on Troubleshoot.
  
• Click on Advanced options.
  
• Click on Startup Settings.
  
• Click on Restart.
  
• In the Startup Settings screen, press F5/5 to enable safe mode.
  
• Enter your account password and log in.
  
• Click on Start and select Restart.
  
• On the login screen, enter your password again, and you should be able to log in successfully.
  

Another option is to reset your password using another device. You can do this if you have a Microsoft account linked to your Windows 11 PC. To do this, follow these steps:

• On another device, go to accout.live.com and sign in with your Microsoft account.
  
• Select Security from the navigation bar.
  
• Under Password security, select Change my password.
  
• Follow the instructions to reset your password.

A third option is to use a recovery drive to restore your PC. You can do this if you have created a recovery drive before you encountered the login problem. To do this, follow these steps:

• Connect the recovery drive to your Windows 11 PC and turn it on.
  
• Press F12 or another key (depending on your PC manufacturer) to enter the boot menu.
  
• Select the recovery drive from the list of boot options and press Enter.
  
• In the Choose an option screen, click on Troubleshoot.
  
• Click on Recover from a drive.
  
• Follow the instructions to restore your PC to a previous state.

Cannot log in to PC
