Locking down a Laptop in order to stop changing settings

Hi,I have a new laptop to give to my parents, due to them completely messing up their Desktop PC.Is there a way to lock the settings so he is unable to change anything?I'm guessing the laptop will have 2 login's - 1 x User for him, 1 x Admin for me to dial in toI want him to have general access to other apps, and to be able to download games. But I don't want him to have access to any settings that may render his new Laptop unusable. Also, to make it even more complicated I think he is in a different country to me, I connect to his Laptop via Team viewerAny help would be greatly appreciat

    :)

    Lock Screen keeps changing

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

Windows Spotlight picks the photos from Bing and displays them in the lock screen. I understand that you have set a picture and it is getting changed automatically.

I suggest you to follow the steps to select the Picture that you want to be displayed on the lock screen. Please follow the steps mentioned below to set a Picture to lock screen:

    1. Press and hold Windows + I key on the keyboard to open settings.
    2. Click on Personalization.
    3. Click on Lock screen.
    4. Click on the drop down under Background and select
      Picture.
    5. Click on Browse and select the picture that you want to set.

    Hope it helps.

Please reply with the status of the issue, we will be glad to help you further.
