Windows 10: Locked out of Microsoft when trying to get my bit locker recovery number

I have been locked out of my Microsoft account for 30 days because I changed my number, is there a number I can call so I can get it unlocked the original email is an old one that I don't have access to anymore.....I just want to speak to someone....

2. What is the version of Windows 10 you have installed?
   
3. What is the make and model number of your computer?
   

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.

My computer has been locked by bit locker. It requires bit locker keys. I have that keys in my microsoft keys and i used that keys for bit locker recovery but it does not work. I am using windows 10 home version. Please help me to out this.
