Windows 10: local net copy from win10 to win11, over 1/2 files have red circle with an X

Discus and support local net copy from win10 to win11, over 1/2 files have red circle with an X in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; see pic, there is no error message anywhere in the file properties, I checked a random sample pf filesm, I was able to open and that all looked normal....     see pic, there is no error message anywhere in the file properties, I checked a random sample pf filesm, I was able to open and that all looked normal. I have like 700mb of files to bring over to the new win11 box from the win10 box and don't want all those files with the error marker.With the large number of files I need to bring over, I certainly want to do a net copy vs some thing like a copy with a usb stick.

    Red X Circle error on my Local Disk

    Hi

    I have a problem with my local disks on windows. I have a SSD and HDD on my Laptop and recently I saw a red X circle on my local drives. I cant understand its hardware problem or not. How can I fix it without formating my disks?

    Administrator has red circle with white X in permissions folder

    Under security in several folders, I have added Administrator as a user and given full control. There is a red circle with a white x in it over the avatar to the left of the word administrator. Myself and Everyone are also listed as users and have full
    control. There are no red circles with white xs over these avatars. Any idea why the circle and x are there over administrator and how to fix it?
