Windows 10: Live account is locked/blocked

My live account is blocked because of too many attempts to get in with 'incorrect' passwords when all of my passwords I have tried were correct and all the same ones i've used before. I have managed to fill in the account recovery form and get a code which did work but I cannot recover my account until 24 hours and need something to do in the mean time. Please assistant so I don't end up destroying my computer in anger.

Live Mail outbound blocked after Windows 10 Install for comcast

I suggest you to remove and re-add your account back in Windows Live Mail and check if it help.

Step 1:

To remove your account in Live Mail, please follow the steps below:

1. Access Live Mail.

2. Right-click the account you want to remove, and then click Remove account.

3. Click Yes to confirm.

Step 2:

To add your account back in Live Mail, refer to the steps provided below:

1. Access Live Mail.

2. In the lower-left corner, click Mail.

3. Click the Accounts tab, and then click Email.

4. Type your email address, password, and display name, and then click
Next.

5. Follow any additional steps, and then click Next.

6. Click Add another email account if you want to add more accounts, or click
Finish to start using Windows Live Mail.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
