Windows 10: Light Blue lines apeared on the sides of any wallpaper

i was chcanging my wallpaper than two lines randomly appeared on my wallpaper, i even restarted my desktop pc and its still there what is it caused by? how can i remove it? is this just a temporary problem or is there a problem with my pc?

Nokia 6300 display lighting

The display light will not turn off with the options suggested. It'll do only according to a preset time. The option suggested are for turning off the blue lights on the side of the phone.

Hi all



Yes my issue is with the blue lights on the side of the phone.



I have gone through every individual setting/profile and put it to lights off.

I have ensured I have no unread/unopened/unlistened to messages/voice mails. To the extent that I deleted every message sent, received, delivered, both text and voice.



Yet those blue lights stay on and constant. They obviously show up more in the dark which is annoying.



Anyone know how I can switch the side lights off please?
