Windows 10: lift 72hr ban on comments

got notice to change user name to restore commentsdid that and got notice user pic is acceptable?then 72hr ban from commentswhich ended days agowhat's up on the bans

I was handed a "banned from commenting" message one morning, with no warning.

I did not recall using the Community for comment posts. in the past I discovered that I did make a post in 2015. My profile at the Community included an email address no longer used. I corrected the email address. It may be possible that rejections from the old email address flagged my account, and caused the ban. The ban has been lifted a couple of days ago.

 

Communication ban glitch

Recently I've gotten a communication ban, thing is it was lifted off a few days ago, I'm concerned because even though the ban was lifted off I cant message or talk

 

Account banned indefinitely

I wish I had better advice, but another person having this problem resolved it by submitting the problem via the Feedback link on an MSN page once per day for weeks.

I might have seen a few posts from people who submitted Feedback just a few times before getting their ban lifted, but that one case sticks in my mind.
