Windows 10: Lenovo Legion Laptop Keyboard Not Working After KB5016629 Update

Good evening,I updated to the latest Windows 11 update this evening and now the built-in keyboard on my Legion laptop does not work. If I boot from a Linux stick it works fine, and the keyboard backlighting lights up on startup as normal. Seems to only have a problem with Windows. Is this a known issue/is there a fix? I uninstalled the keyboard from the device manager and did a restart with no result, and did a driver update with no result as well.

Lenovo Legion 5 15

No suggestions but want to say nice laptop. They also seem to be popular being they're currently unavailable

That said my only suggestion would be to take time to learn the laptop yourself.
