Behaving like crazy, The Caps lock toggled, Mouse selection all text - after you press right shift, nothing worksEarlier on Windows 10 the same system was working perfectly.Not a HW issue because external KB working finePlease Help

    Agree.. most likely hardware. seems it's from around 2017 so not 'old'.

    Are all other devices configured as listed by Device Manager?

    If you feel it's worth playing any further...
    I suppose you could try Safe Mode with Networking.

    And you could try Lenovo System Update
