Windows 10: Laptop turns off randomly

Almost randomly my laptop decides to turn off. I don't find any sort of indicator as to why. Sometimes while I'm using a high demanding program, sometimes just browsing internet. The model is msi gl73 9rcx. When it boots back up, sometimes it goes to bluescreen "Windows wasn't able to load up properly". Please help me with this problem.

I dont get any errors when the laptop restarts, but it happens randomly and instantly everything shuts down with no warning. Its not like a restart because it doent say restart it just turn off. And sometimes switches ot self back on.

I dont think I have downloaded any applications to cause the problem.

Te problem happens randomly, i think most of the time when im using the internet or using cpu heavy applications. But i think it happens randomly.

I tried the troubleshootin and it doest have the wifi adapter when it randomly shuts down. It just shows ethernet and bluetooth adapter. When i restart it again wifi works.

 

Laptop turns off randomly

I use Open_hardware_monitor Extract to C:\Program Files (x86)\HardwareMonitor and run openhardwaremonitor.exe. Under options you can set to run on startup.

I have a 10 Year laptop that was overheating. I opened the case and removed the heat sink. It was completely clogged with dust.

If you use a vacuum cleaner or compressed air, use something to block the fan to prevent over spin

 

Windows 10 freezes randomly

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
