Windows 10: Laptop stucked in windows 11 welcome loading animation after entering pin

So as the above title says it got stucked there and I watched some videos on yt booted my laptop in Safe mode with Cmd ran some commands and got the error stated below Error: 0x800f081fThe source files could not be found.Use the "Source" option to specify the locationNow my laptop is still stucked in welcome loading animation and also I'm unable to fix this issue Error Image

Can't enter PIN for Headset

I'm grateful for your replies. I obviously haven't done a good job of explaining. Here are snips of the windows involved. I have done all the steps suggested, but I can't directly enter the PIN in the larger window. That seems to be my only problem. Plantronics hasn't answered yet, but I'll hope they come through.
