Windows 10: Laptop stuck at company logo loading screen

It's been happening since a week now, as soon as I turn my laptop on, it just shows the company logo and the loading loop. After sometime, it just gets stuck there for infinite amount of time. Tried everything from bootable USB with windows ISO, to third party apps with bootable drive features, nothing works. It just gets stuck no matter what you do. Is it a windows issue or a hardware issue. If it is a hardware issue in the hard drive will I be able to back up my data from the hard drive or no ?Also I am a Windows Beta channel insider user.The loading circle here in these pictures is stuck at

Laptop stuck on Windows logo when resuming session

Corrupted system files can be one of the reasons why your laptop stuck on Windows logo when resuming a session.

We suggest running a System File Checker (SFC) and DISM tool. Follow the steps given by
Annu Singh on this thread to run SFC and DISM tool. You may also try
the other steps given if the issue was not resolved.

Laptop stuck on loading screen. Infinite loading.

I am on Windows 11. My laptop is stuck on the startup loading screen. It's an infinite loading screen and can't get past that. I tried force restarting several times and When "Automatic System Repair" comes up, it loads for few min and a BSOD shows up with Error code - DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG and restarts the laptop. Now it's stuck on infinite loading screen again. This process keeps repeating.

I tried to make a bootable drive using media creation tool for both Windows 11 and Windows 10 but it doesn't boot into that at all. I downloaded an ISO file of Windows 11 and made a bootable drive from that. It boots into that but now it's stuck on Windows logo loading screen. After some time same BSOD shows up with error code DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG and restarts. I don't know what to do. Please help.

What brand/model laptop is this?

Try the following:

Step 1: Make sure the computer is shut down, and press the Power Button to turn the computer on.

Step 2: As soon as you see the rotating loading circle, press and hold the Power Button until the computer shuts off again.

Step 3: Repeat this process 2 or 3 times until you see the following on the screen: Preparing Automatic Repair
Let the computer boot to the Automatic Repair screen.

Step 4: The next screen (blue) goes to: Choose Account to continue
Select your account, enter your Password, and press: Continue

Step 5: A Diagnosing your PC screen appears, and it takes you to the screen for: Automatic Repair

Step 6: Here you can click Restart, or, Advanced Options
Step 6.1: Select: Restart

Allow the computer to go through the routine, and see if it solves the issue.

If the problem still exists, go back to Step 1 through Step 6.

Step 6.2: This time, click: Advanced Options

Step 7: In the Choose an Option screen, select: Troubleshoot

Step 8: At the next screen, select: Advanced Options

Step 9: Last, select: Startup Repair (Used for problems that keep Windows 10 from loading)
