Windows 10: Laptop Shuts Down a second before it displays "Battery low"

Hello, I had turned off hibernation a week before. Since then, whenever it gets a low battery, my laptop shuts down automatically earlier it used to hibernate, so at least I could get my things back. What to do so that the warning comes before the laptop shuts down.Thank you!

Windows 10,laptop no low battery warning.

I have an HP 2000 Notebook with Windows 10. Same problem; system shuts off with no low battery notification - which it has displayed in the past. Tried to follow this suggestion; there are no "advanced settings" in my Power settings. Tried to search
for "low battery notification" and got response of "no results for low battery notification". The Power Plan is set to the HP Suggested.

What am I missing??

 

Laptop shutting down without warning for low battery

I am having an issue with my laptop since it shuts down when battery is low but there is no low battery popup to indicate.

Moreover if i change the power plan setting and set the laptop to sleep when battery is below 15% it still don't work and laptop just shuts down. I am just very annoyed as it shuts down without low battery warning and i have to open all apps again for work

We suggest that you check if the low battery notification is turned
on. Kindly follow these steps:

• On the search box, type Power Options to see the laptop's power plans.
• Click on Change Plan Settings.
• Click on the Change Advanced Power Settings.
• Scroll down and look for Battery.
• Expand it see Low battery notification, turn it on for both
  On battery and Plugged in.
