Windows 10: Laptop restarts instead of sleep after being idle

I recently reinstalled windows 10 on my Acer One 14 Z1-471 laptop. After a week or so it stopped going to sleep after being idle, instead it restarts every time. I'm sceptic of a thing that I updated drivers from a 3rd party app but I don't know if it's the cause or not. It is troubling me a lot as it ricks losing my work. Please help!

What I ended up doing is that...

1. I set the system's sleep & hibernation timer to "Never" as you suggested and...
   
2. I created a .bat file, which sends the system into sleep after a certain idle period. Due to my Away Mode Policy, the computer does not go to normal Sleep, but instead goes into Away Mode instead, because the .bat file is considered as "User intiated action"
   
3. I then scheduled the .bat file to be run after a certain time period of idle with Task Scheduler

Hi Support Team,

Since last week, my laptop is restarts instead of sleep and its really annoying me because i am using the laptop for my office work i have to put the laptop into sleep instead of shutdown or restart.

Note : After using the laptop more than 5 hours its happened when i tried to put system into sleep however, its goes to restart. After using less than 5 hours system goes to sleep without any issue. why its happening like this???

Please help me to resolve this issue on urgent basis.
