Windows 10: Laptop not working - please help!!

My laptop the huwei matebook d15 will not turn on properly. I am stuck on a blue page which says choose an option. The options are use a device, troubleshoot, turn off pc. I have tried trouble shooting, startup repair isn't working, I have tried uninstalling the recent update as I updated last night, but that isn't working it says they ran into a problem. I have tried clicking system restore, it says I need to specify which windows installation to restore but doesn't give me any options. Please help me get into my laptop

Really, you should be getting a list of laptops you like the look of, narrowing it down and then asking on here which is best.

Asking people for suggestions really doesn't work well as most people only have experience with 1-2 laptops at a time.

Searching all the shopping sites and creating a list for you is a lot of work.

You need to do the work and we can help with the rest.
