    Laptop making ding sound .


    Hello guys ,I got a new laptop couple of days ago and its making a ding sound even after muted and a notice a little hitch when it makes the sound . Everything else is running fine. laptop is super quiet and its not fan noise . Some people told me that it maybe is a HDD sound . I dont know what the problem is .The specs are-- Windows 118gb ddr4 3200MHZ ram1tb HDD ST1000LM035-1RK175256Gb SSDRyzen 5 5500u processorPlease help.

    Windows making ding noise

    Hello, i just bought a new laptop around 3-4weeks ago, and i just noticed that even when muted its making this ding sound.. kind of like whatsapp/facebook messanger notification sound.

    I have tried:

    Troublingshooting

    Sound scheme to no sounds

    muting my laptop

    Disable all notifications

    Removing keyboard and mouse usb and also reinstalling their drivers

    and the reason why its annoying is because when it dings, my laptop freezes for a split second..

    The ding sound is quite subtle.. so please turn up your volume, and im sorry for the background noise
