Windows 10: Laptop Crashing Under Load: Hardware Issue?

I have an HP Omen 15 with a RTX 2060 and i7-10750H. About three weeks ago, I experienced a crash while playing Marvel Rivals. The screen goes black, but audio could be heard for a few seconds before it cut out. I had to reboot the computer using the power button. Since then, I have attempted to troubleshoot the issue. The crashes are inconsistent, sometimes occurring immediately on game startup or after 20 minutes of playtime. When testing using FurMark2, my laptop has both crashed after 2 minutes and not crashed after 30 minutes. Temps for CPU and GPU are normal. I have both updated NVIDIA gr

Memory issue. Browser crashing, laptop apps not loading.  

OK here are my screenshots below.

(I am typing this in Word first, because every time I post on the forum or online the browser disappears. This is the 3rd time I've typed this!)

The tutorial for pagefile that Callender posted has different screenshots to mine. I cannot find pagefile.sys for example. See pics. I found the same boxes though by a different method.

But do I input the exact same numbers as shown on the tutorial? Or do I input different numbers?

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
