Windows 10: Laptop crashing after windows update KB5011048 and KB5039884

Hi,I own a Legion 7 15MHg05 gaming laptop approx 4 years old and have been facing frequent crashes with and without BSODs lately on my Windows 10 laptop for the past 2 months, usually when I'm running youtube or doing mundane Word/Powerpoint tasks, never during gaming. I've had to reset the PC every time to resolve the problem as no suggested solutions through dism, sfc scan now approaches worked. After resetting the PC, there were no crashes for a limited amount of time for several days, but they eventually come back. In my latest reset, I disabled windows update, thinking it could be the

all games crash!

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

Since couple days ago, my laptop with windows 10 keeys trying install 3 updates:

after computer restart, at 100% of windows finalizing installing updates i see message:

We couldn't complete the updates

Undoing changes

Don't turn off your computer.

Sadly it doesn't really suggest what is the problem or what can i do.. in the XXI century and still users getting this lack of what happened

Im a developer, and tried 2 or 3 workarounds i found in YouTube but still having the problem

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
