    Laptop crashes when unplugged


    HiI had my drive replaced like 2 months ago because an issue of my laptop. Since then, my laptop's screen is always freezing and getting BSoD with errors like "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED" or "UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION" and "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION". I have configured to create minidumps when BSoD, but those are not being generated. I did a test with memtest of my ram, but it says that all is good. I reinstalled Windows too, and cleared partitions of the drive, but didn't work. I also tried "sfc /scannow" and "chkdsk" and did a malware scan, but nothing. I've reinstalled gpu drivers too.This pro

    I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
    Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
    What happens?
    If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

    P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
    Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
    What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

    Yes I did, but that didn't work either.

    How do I drain my battery? My laptop won't stay on for longer than a couple minutes when unplugged.

    Could you please list down the steps for solutions 4 and 5?

    Really sorry for the inconvenience, really appreciate the help.
