Windows 10: Laptop constantly has display driver errors, either amdkmdag.sys blue screen, or Code 31 error.

Hello! I am currently using a Lenovo Thinkpad T495, running an AMD Ryzen 5 Pro 3500U with Radeon Vega 8 graphics.Anytime I try to install the AMD graphics driver, my computer either constantly blue screens at start up with a Video_TDR_Failure, or I get a message that my device has an error, and a look at Device manager tells me the Radeon drive isn't working over a Code 31. I have tried wiping the system, installing drivers from both AMD and Lenovo, and sfc /scannow tells me no files are messed up. Does anyone have any idea on what can help?

Stop code: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE is probably due to a compatibility issue with the driver, as most blue screen errors are. Since you encountered this error after updating Windows, most probably, you would need to update the drivers
as well.

We suggest that you go through the steps in this article on how to troubleshoot blue screen errors.
On step 1, select After an update was installed.

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.
