Windows 10: Laggy and not smooth mouse in windows 11

Hi everyone.Last week I updated my windows from 10 to 11, since then I have a trouble with mouse. The mouse is not much smooth that it should be, I mean it's laggy and it has stutter. I tried deleting, reinstalling, updating all my drivers but it didn't work. Both touchpad and wired mouse experienced me this problem. Also in some apps it works well, for example in Microsoft Edge the mouse works properly but in other programs like word, PowerPoint and ... I see mouse having lag and being not smooth. Please help me to fix this issue because it impacts on my windows experience.My device is Dell L

• Have you tried using a different mouse and check if it makes any difference?

Microsoft Touch Mouse - Very laggy!

I purchased the Microsoft Touch Mouse and have found it to be very laggy from the beginning. My PC is running Windows 10 and I believe I have all the associated drivers up to date.

I also have a Walcom pen tablet (Intuos Pro) and a wireless microsoft keyboard (with a small touchpad input). I find that when I try to use the Microsoft Touch Mouse, it goes from somewhat laggy, to VERY laggy when I am running either Chrome; Adobe Lightroom
or Adobe Photoshop.

Does anyone know what a possible solution could be? Are my 3 inputs conflicting with each other? To clarify, when I use the Walcom Pen Tablet, it is extremely smooth and accurate. This lag issue only occurs when I attempt to use the mouse.

 

Mouse Lag!?!

Basically what it does is remove the mouse acceleration in XP. The mouse will feel slower at first, but eventually you'll get used to it... the only reason why I suggested the mouse fix was because mouse acceleration sometimes causes the sensation of having a laggy mouse (laggy meaning responding slowly). If you meant lag as in jumping around and generally not being responsive, then I guess you'll need to wait for more suggestions *Smile
