Windows 10: Keys on laptop not working

I went to use my laptop right now and when I tried to login not all of the keys typed. Took me a while to figure that out and I had to use the touch screen keyboard. After that I went to search something up and not all of my keys were working. I noticed it was the keys to the right of 5 r d and c that are not working. Also some of the keys when pressed add extra letters like instead of w it's xw. I tried restarting and looking up the keyboard driver which I can't find but nothing works.

Step 1: You may check if the ALT key is functioning correctly in on-screen keyboard. It will help us to verify if there is any issue with the keyboard.

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.
