Windows 10: Keyboard started acting weird

I have an Asus E410 laptop. It was perfectly normal when suddenly, a few minutes ago, the keyboard started glitching. Some keys appear to be mapped to other keys functionally, my web pages will randomly start scrolling, and links will randomly click. Keep in mind that I am not physically pressing any buttons.Things I have tried:Uninstalling keyboard in device managerRunning keyboard troubleshooterCould someone give me some guidance?

PC acting weird

Pc acting weird

Most of the time my pc works flawless but without any warning it start to act super weird and always the same things.

Mousewheel stops working

Some buttons don’t work - W or D for example

Chrome tries to open a new window instead of the normal process or just a tab

Mouse tries to highlight everything

When I turn it off/restart it shows the blue Window Screen with

Choose option

After restarting it acts normal or does the weird stuff again after some seconds/minutes.

Things I tried:

Restarting

Virus/Malware Scan

Unplugging Keyboard/Mouse etc…

I’m kind of a pc noob ans don’t know what to do here.

First I thought ita the Wootility program - belongs to the wooting60he a keyboard but after shutting it down nothing changed.

What can I do? I really don’t want to reset everything especially since most of the time he acts normally.

Help please.

 

My Mouse/touchpad and Keyboard acting weird

Winver: 22H2, Build 19045, Windows 10 Hi. So recently I've got installed a new keyboard on my laptop. It worked fine for about a month. Then suddenly it stopped working at all (the power key still works though). Even my USB keyboard, the Mouse, and the Touchpad started to act weird -- Like, suddenly the Win key of the USB keyboard temporarily stops working, Mouse/Touchpad buttons stops working. Thinking it might be a software problem, I clean reinstalled Windows (though I didn't wipe out the C Drive), but the problems still exist. On the other hand, I had this USB extension Hub (kinda old one) hooked up to the machine, and I didn't realise it had become faulty till it started glitching out. So I dunno the malfunction of the machine hardware was caused by the faulty Usb Hub or a fault with the new Keyboard. Any thoughts, please? Thanks for reading.

 

Keyboard weird.

I had a problem where apostrophes would transpose and question marks would have a plus sign in front of them.

It was absolutely doing my head in.

I glanced at something that suggested WINDOWS KEY plus SPACE BAR.

I tried it and that half solved the problem. Then I did SHIFT plus CONTROL and that cured the problem completely.

If anyone else has a keyboard acting weirdly all of a sudden where.............

and other weird shit happens...............MICROSOFT BUTTON plus SPACE BAR might just be the solution along with CTRL plus SHIFT.
