Windows 10: Keyboard is stuck not properly typing and i cant find a fix, Help D opening downloads, H...

i have uninstalled drivers and tried different keyboards and done virus scans and nothing shows up as wrong and nothing works to fix it. ctrl + alt + delete is even beginning to not work to temp-fix it. help lol

First of all, I would suggest you to install all the latest updates released by Microsoft from Windows Updates and check if that helps or not. And to update your drivers, please follow the steps and let us know if it helps fixing the issue or not:

Open Device Manager by pressing Windows key + X, click on
Control Panel; select System and Maintenance.

• Click on Device Manager.
• In Device Manager, locate Keyboard and double-click to check if it’s working properly.
• Go to Driver tab, then click on Update Driver. And follow the instructions.

  Does the issue occur when you plug in an external keyboard?
  

Close all open windows and restart the computer once to check if that helps. Some problems can be fixed by signing out of your account, restarting the PC and then signing back in. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and select Sign out. Once you’ve signed
out, restart the PC and sign back in to your account to check if that helps.

You may plug in an external keyboard or a different keyboard to check if the issue persists.

Further you may also open the on-screen keyboard to check if that helps.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:
