Windows 10: Keyboard is Laggy but only when playing Games

I have a problem with my keyboard where whenever I play any videogame, windowed or Fullscreen, my keyboard strokes are very delayed and laggy. It has become an annoyance and I have watched pretty much every youtube video on the subject and read every forum post and thread I could to fix this issue but to no avail. I did all the standard things people have told to fix this issue, go to other USB portseither on my motherboard and on the case, run troubleshooter, run a DISM scan, turn off filter keys, uninstall or update my keyboard drivers, I even restarted and updated my bios over 2 times to

Games laggy when I reopen them.

When I boot my pc and open a demanding game, it plays fine. But when I close the game and open any game after that, they are all laggy.
When I restart it and open the game it plays fine again, and then if i close it and open it, its laggy. Never ending cycle. Any ideas?

 

Issue With Laptop's Keyboard While Playing Games

only thing i could really think of or suggest would be getting a controller to play games .. that would probably solve this problem or if you get a better keyboard to hook up to your laptop to use while gaming.. those are only solutions i could think of and that would work better.

 

Microsoft Games Very Laggy

Sorry it to so long for the reply, I lost my charger and had to get a new one. I've tried both sets of steps, and it's still exceptionally laggy. There's a 1-2 second delay between when I touch the screen and when something moves. It's happening in
other Microsoft games, too.
