Windows 10: Keyboard delayed and slow

Ever since I got my PC my keyboard was delayed and slow anytime I would game or use a website since my Pc is in general very laggy. I tried fixing the drivers, tried the control panel, in settings. Sticky keys are off and everything else that might be the problem. I’m thinking the problem is in my windows, yet I don’t know how to fix it. I also have two different keyboards, in both of them is the problem. When I looked at the website where I got the PC, someone said they had the same problem and sent it back, so I assume I got the PC that was sent back and now I have the same problem for thr

Delay launching programs with keyboard shortcuts

From reading around, my understanding (and I stand to be corrected) is that the 2-3 second delay is a Windows default delay where Windows searches for any other app or program running at the time on your PC which MIGHT have the same shortcut as the program you are running and switch over to it instead of running the program initiated by your shortcut. In case of any unresponsive or misbehaving app or program, Windows waits 2-3 seconds before moving on to the next running program.

As regards the store and settings, I would try to reset at least the store app as per instructions here :
Clear and Reset Store Cache in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials

I would also disable fast startup at least once and do a full shutdown and restart as often times it helps to get rid of some bugs in Windows.

Keyboard Delay in Windows 10

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the keyboard driver. Follow the steps to uninstall & reinstall the keyboard driver from device manager.

• 
  Press Windows key + X from the
  Keyboard and click on Device Manager.
  
• 
  In Device Manager, double click on the
  Keyboard.
  
• 
  It will show you the device driver name, select that device and then right click on it.
  
• 
  Click on Uninstall button.
  
• 
  Restart the computer, the drivers will get automatically installed on your Windows 10.
  
• 
  Repeat the same for Mice and other pointing devices.
