Windows 10: kernel32.dll Get processmitigationpolicy could not be located in dynamic kink library...

Hello I am working with Windows 7 and when I tried to open a program I got this error:{Entry point not found - The procedure entry point GetProcessMitigationPolicy could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll}I tried these soloutions :- Restarting- Reinstalling- Reinstall Kernel32But none of them solved the problem.

My PC updated automatically this morning and Excel now won't open.

I'm getting error message: The procedure entry point GetDateFormatEx could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll

I had a similar issue a few months and had to uninstall update KB4023057.

Does anyone know if this is related to a recent update (and the reference of the update)?

Any advice would be appreciated.

can someone help me this problem, cause when i download some software on internet it cancels and says, the procedure entry point getfirmwaretype could not be located in the dynamic link library kernel32.dll. I would really appreciate if you could help.

I get an error when launching Outlook or Excel

OUTLOOK>EXE - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point GetDateFormatEx could not be located int eh dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.

I know this happened back in November when an updated from Microsoft went through. I know you have to delete the update? but I just don't know what the update was. It happened around the 8th January 2019

Can anyone help?
