Windows 10: Kernel-Power Error 41 Bugcheck Code 278

My PC has been freezes and have no respond whatsoever for the past 3-4 days. Not the keyboard or the mouse and then the PC would automatically restart by itself. It often happen whenever i play games. Kernel power Event ID-41 (Bugcheck code 278)

Hi,

I have been getting the kernel power Event ID 41 issue for 2-3 months but i have not been able to find a possible fix for it. I checked the Bugcheck code reference from:

Bug Check Code Reference - Windows drivers

The Bugcheck code shows that it is a video_tdr_failure issue. I'm not sure what could be causing the issue nor do I know what is the thing I should do to fix it.

I've already tried several fixes like:

1. A clean installation of windows
   
2. Disabled all kinds of OC
   
3. Updated bios to the latest version
   
4. Updated GPU driver to the latest version
   
5. Checked for windows integrity violations using cmd
   

Unfortunately, none of them have worked.

My PC specs:-

Prcoessor-Intel i5 11400f

GPU-Inno3d rtx 2060

Power supply-Deepcool PF650

Ram-Adata XPG D30 8gb 3200mhz X 2

Motherboard- Msi h510m-a-pro

This error mostly occurs when I am watching a video, live streaming on discord or listening to songs on Spotify. Never happens while gaming.

I'd be very thankful if you could provide a suitable fix for the problem as it's really annoying.

Kernel-Power ID 41 - Bugcheck 0x0

Kernel-Power 41 means a power fault, so the system cannot generate bugcheck code and memory dump usually.

So when I generated this error, it went straight to a BSOD and got stuck there at 100%

I waited for a while and when it didn’t auto restart, I hard restarted it again

As for Kaspersky, I didn't have it installed before today. I installed it just to do a system scan earlier this evening

I had a question regarding the bugcheckcode 278 that was getting generated with the Kernel-Power event

I couldn't find anything that helped me with that anywhere

And that bugcheckcode has been constant whenever the system crashed these past few days, multiple times a day
