Windows 10: Kernel-power 105 100

I was having a videochat on my pc when suddenly I had a "low battery" message. the battery was supposed to be charged like an hour or two ago.When I see the event viewer, I only find a message of:Kernel-power Eevent ID: 105 100"Cambio de fuente de energía" / Power source change.I have to say that I changed from battery a few days ago, so now I have a new one, and it should be perfectly fine, but it gave me this problem.I made sure it was compatible with my pc: 11.V 2Wh 3500mAhMy pc is a DELL INSPIRON 15 5575I have Windows 10.

Hello. So in morning near 6 am , i had power outage for 30 seconds in house. Of course pc turned off. Also laptop register in event log change power source for this time. Kernel Power 105 change of power source. So this normal event in that situation?
