    Keep getting BSOD when playing games


    I keep encountering the VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR blue screen when playing games, which started after playing Pacific Drive. Initially, I was able to play for about 2 hours and reached the 'Car Maintenance' quest in that game, experiencing only one blue screen during that time. I assumed it was a one-time issue, but now I can't play any game for more than 5 minutes without encountering the same error.Here's what I've tried so far:1. Ran the Hardware Troubleshooter with msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic.2. Update the Graphics Driver.3. Uninstall the Graphic Driver with DDU and reinstall the driver.

    Please share the information requested below:

    • Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
    • Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

    I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    • Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
    • Expand Display Adapters.
    • Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to update.

    BSOD playing various games

    Hello everyone, i would love to get some help whit my problem. As the title say i get different BSOD when i play games like Dragon age or Assassin creed.
