Windows 10: KB5044273 will crash PenPower handwriter and disable the context menu on taskbar

Hello Sir,I am quite frustrated on the new security update "KB5044273" on Windows 10 Prof.Two colleagues have reported different problem. The first one is PenPower handwriter device not functioning will a connecting program library DLL error. Since it has been the latest driver version, I have no solution by uninstall this security update. The second report is that the context menu or say right click mouse on taskbar has no response, while the message box on the right hand side of taskbar cannot be opened. After the security update "KB5044273" uninstalled, the behavour becomes normal.Sinc

How to make taskbar context menu appear near the selected button?

To fix the issue where the taskbar context menu appears centered above all the taskbar buttons for the same app, instead of appearing near the selected button, you can try the following steps:

1. Right-click on the taskbar and select "Taskbar settings" from the context menu.
   
2. In the Taskbar settings window, scroll down to the "Taskbar behaviors" section.
   
3. Look for the option called "Combine taskbar buttons" and set it to "Never" or "When taskbar is full". This will prevent the taskbar buttons from being grouped together.
   
4. Close the Taskbar settings window.
   

After making these changes, when you right-click on a taskbar button, the context menu should appear near the selected button, instead of being centered above all the taskbar buttons for the same app.

Windows10 start up / context menu crashing issue

Hi,

CCC Context menu

I was recently greeted to a new entry in my desktop context menu after installing 8.12 drivers with the Catalyst Control Center:





I have no idea what the second entry does, since clicking it results in nothing happening.
So I open up CCC and find this new section:





It's completely disabled. I only have a single HD3850. The IGP on my mobo is nVidia, which is disabled anyway.

I spent the last hour or so finding a way to remove the second entry, and this is the only thing I could find:
Deleting this key removes both entries from the context menu

I do not like the tray icon, so I have it disabled, so the only way I know to get into CCC is via the context menu. Does anyone know of a way to disable just the "Configure Additive Graphics" entry and keep the CCC entry?

If I kept both disabled, is there some sort of shortcut I could make to get there instead? I don't want to have to go to Display->Settings->Advanced->CCC every time.
