Windows 10: KB5043145 nightmare

hello. I have not downloaded / installed this recent infamous KB5043145 update; it is waiting in my Windows Update list to infiltrate my Dell desktop computer. As a temporary fix, I have Paused Updates for 5 weeks. I have searched & cannot find a permanent answer. Aside from my ONE TIME 'Pause Updates', how do i keep this update from entering my computer forever? There is no longer an option to manually download & process updates, so how do I keep this one away!? Does it eventually how long? disappear from the Windows Update list? Please & thank you! Toria

It would be helpful if you could list,in chronological order,the steps and methods used which led to the problem. To describe the outcome of using Display Driver Uninstaller as a "nightmare " is puzzling. What is the reason for attempting to update the bios and the method which was used ? Perhaps the better approach would be to firstly restore the bios to the Default setting before uninstalling / reinstalling the AMD gpu card.

PC Suite - The Ultimate Nightmare

hi all.i also have a nightmare of trying to connect to my n80. i am a bit of a tech newby,so step by step guides are best for me. i have xp sp2,nokia pc suite 6.81.13.0,want to connect via usb. i have seen 4 error messages in total :- 1,there is no available
connection type and therefore connection to phone cannot be established.the wizard will exit. 2,failed to detect available connection types!please reinstall nokia pc suite. 3,connection to nokia pc suite failed.please reinstall nokia pc suite.(code:initimediacontrol2)
4,executable 'd:\nokia_n80.exe'had the following unrecoverable error:couldn't find find library msvcr80.dll (required by c:\program files\windows defender\mpshhook.dll/) please ensure that it is installed. if someone can help please forgive my tech ignorance.
