Windows 10: JBL Reflect Contour 2 BT Headset not recognized by Windows 10

JBL Reflect Contour 2 BT Headset not recognized by Windows 10. When I have the headset in pairing mode Windows 10 does not recognize the device with the "Add Bluetooth or other device" function. I have installed all Windows 10 updates, turned off and back on the BT on my Surface Pro 6 and restarted the headset and computer multiple times. The headset connects with my phone with no problems. Any suggestions on how to connect this BT headset to my Surface Pro 6 would be appreciated.

Wireless Earphones JBL Synchros Reflect BT unable to connect to Windows Lumia 640 xl

I'm unable to connect my JBL Synchros Reflect BT earphones to my lumia 640 XL device. The bluetooth on the device is not able to search the earphones. I tried to check the compatibility and it is compatible. Please help.

Lumia 950 can't recognize JBL Flip 2

Just upgraded from Lumia icon w/Win 8.1 (on Verizon) to Lumia 950 w/Win 10 (on AT&T). Lumia 950 will not recognize JBL Flip 2 that works fine with the Lumia Icon (929). Anyone know why? 950 does recognize a varying number of "ACCESSORY" devices, but none
will connect.
