Windows 10: JBL Quantum 100 mic suddenly not being detected

Hello! So I've had this headset for a few months now, and both audio and microphone have worked great! However, just today, I connected my mic and tried to voice chat when suddenly my mic wasn't being found. I tried to record some voice on the Windows' recorder, and nothing. My audio still works, but for some reason, out of nowhere, my mic is suddenly not being detected anymore?My laptop is a Lenovo ideapad gaming 3i, which has both mic and headphone jack in the same hole, so I know it's not a matter of needing an adapter, but other than that, no other solutions can be found online. JBL Quantum 100 Headset microphone not detected by my laptop and Windows

i bought a jbl quantum 100, i can hear perfectly but my mic is not working at all. i plug it into my laptop, ASUS TUF GAMING FX504.

My laptop has Windows 10. The microphone is separate from the headset, and it can only be plugged into the headset itself. First issue is, when i plug in the headset, there's no pop-up window asking me what kind of device is connected, it immediately lists it as "Realtek High Definition Audio, Speakers" in the control panel. I couldn't enable this pop-up because i can't open Realtek HD Audio Manager. i tried troubleshooting, reinstalling every sound driver.

In control panel, when i open "Sound", i see every device (even ones that are disabled or not connected), and this mic is not listed there. I have no other microphones connected to the PC. I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me.

Hello! I'd like to ask for help regarding the problem stated in the title.

I just got JBL Quantum 100 headset, and when i connected it to my PC, the sound is okay but the mic is not working at all. It works fine on phone, but the same problems arise on my laptop (ASUS TUF Gaming A15). I already tried every solution i could find, but nothing helped. Didn't see anyone have the same problem as me. My laptop has Windows 11, and my PC has Windows 10. The microphone is separate from the headset, and it can only be plugged into the headset itself.

Windows 11 and JBL Quantum Duo speakers drivers

I have the same problem, purchase my JBL Quantum Duo last January 4, 2022 and i'm also having issues when connecting via USB. 3.5mm and bluetooth are both working fine though.

JBL also gave me the same response when I asked them regarding any compatibility issues with windows 11

device is detected under "Device Manager" but not showing on list of audio devices. Another thing I noticed is when connected via USB, my JBL Quantum Duo takes control of the Nvidia Audio via DisplayPort Cable and route the audio to the JBL QD speakers (Max Volume) instead of my monitor (MSI ARTYMIS 242C W/AUDIO OUT 3.5mm)
