Windows 10: JBL headphones disconnecting and reconnecting again and again and again, why??

I am currently experiencing a problem with my JBL Tune 525 BT headphones where the audio disconnects before eventually reconnecting. It's like a cycle where;I watch a video and everything works perfectly.The video ends.I play another video but when it starts, there is no sound, Then the audio switches to my laptop instead of the headphones,And finally, I hear "connected" before the sound returns to my headphones after 20 seconds. I have attempted to reset the headphones, however, the issue still persists. Interestingly, the headphones function perfectly with my phone. If anyone has encountered

Bluetooth headphones "disconnected" and will not reconnect

I recently bought new sony bluetooth headphones and they were working great (besides the fact that i had to go out and buy a dongle) until today when i noticed that only the "headset" would connect and there was not an option to input "headphones" like there
was before. So then i went to "playback deceives and noticed that it listed "headphones" as disconnected. i right clicked on it and clicked "connect" but it didn't do anything. I disconnected and reconnect my "headset" to test if it was something with my
Bluetooth but it disconnected and reconnect fine.

please help

JBL 500BT on -ear headphones

Good day,

I have a set of JBL 500 Bluetooth headphones. The sound quality varies and is more often than not very garbled. It works fine with my Android Smartphone.

I've tried forgetting the device and reconnecting, but to no avail. It is very annoying when trying to do Teams Calls. It is not useable at all in headphone mode, and only somewhat in speaker mode.

Any suggestions?
